VARIOKIT Pier System VPS

VARIOKIT Pier System (VPS) is a high-performance system that combines the advantages of self-spanning formwork and the traditional dancefloor formwork.

VPS consists of two possible configurations: VARIOKIT Speed Stage (VSS) for the construction of bridge pier caps without shoring from below and VARIOKIT Speed Column (VSC) for the efficient production of bridge piers as well as large columns.

Because the system is based on the VARIOKIT engineering construction kit, almost all project requirements can be met with rentable solutions.

VSC Configuration

The Speed Column Configuration can be used for the construction of columns and bridge piers.
VSS Configuration

The Speed Stage configuration is used for the construction of bridgeheads. The number of components is kept small and the split-soffit technology makes the system ideal for fast work.
